My kids love this play ground. The combination of climbing and jumping is great for them. They have too many different trampolines for all ages they have good environment for kids. They have very good air circulation compare to other playgrounds. We bought the monthly pass which is much better than one time tickets. Their staff are very kind. The only thing I would like to say is please add the season pass or annual pass to make it more affordable for your clients. I recommend this play ground.
Brought our kids to the Vaughan location today and they had a great time!
Our son has special needs, and the staff (for the most part) were incredibly kind, patient, and encouraging. Kudos to the young lady who worked at the swing/foam area, she was the sweetest with him!
There were also several other children who were encouraging my son to jump (he never did, but we were so close!). That made my heart happy.
There were a few girls at the climb area that encouraged my daughter to make it to the top!
So many sweet kids we met today. Love it!

Really fun adventure indoor park with trampoline, ninja course, dodgeball, climbing and other fun bounce games. Fairly priced for one time vs membership entries. We stopped in for the kids to let off some steam while shopping at Vaughn Mills. The size is not the same as a Sky zone but we have been to the big name trampoline parks and this place is comparable in value.
It was not crowded on Christmas Eve. The staff were attentive and monitored kids activities. The place seemed clean and well maintained. All sections were opened. Kids slushies were reasonably priced and all snacks were orderly.
I would recommend it.

We hosted our daughter’s birthday party at the Vaughan location and we were very happy with the turnout. Our party host was great. He helped serving the pizzas and cutting the cake. He was always there when I needed him or when I had a question.
The whole facility was clean and well maintained.
Upon arrival and checking in the hosts were friendly, quick and well organized.
We had absolutely no issues. All kids had a great time!!

We went to Aurora location and it was dirty and very rude employees. This one even worse. The worst franchise in the industry. My kids are 4 and 7. They want to play together and there NO place they allow it. They forced us to put a little one to toddler zone, the oldest one to the different zone. I was alone, how can I manage that?!?!? That’s crazy rules. A lot of crying and we had to left, NO REFUND. The worst ever. The place is also very dirty.
Excellent experience! The staff was kind, quick to respond to all requests, very helpful! From the initial booking to the last minutes of our party, everything was easy and simple. The place was clean, well maintained, and easy to navigate. Our party host was super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!!
Awesome place for kids' birthdays! Celebrated my 5-year-old's party with 9 friends, and they had a blast. Friendly staff, safe environment, and engaging activities. Highly recommended for a wonderful experience. Thank you!
We hosted our son's birthday party here and he was very pleased. The party room was spacious, clean and bright. Our designated party host was exceptional. What we really liked about the party room was that the parents of the kids were able to be seated in the party room. That was a plus for us. We highly recommend this place and we would definitely visit again. Thank you
